5th Wheel Landing Leg Service

  • Inspect all hardware & components
  • Clean and lube both inner & outer landing legs
  • Inspect welds and mounting boils for wear and /or damage
  • Inspect electrical & manual operations & controls
  • Perform operating test & lube rear scissor jacks

This service can only be performed onsite or in the shop

Lubricating service

  • Lube all compartment door hinges, strikers & locks
  • Lube entry door hinges & steps
  • Lube all window run channels & window cranks
  • Lube all roof vent cranks & control arms
  • Lube scissor jacks & manual cranking jacks
  • Exterior/ interior inspection

Fresh Water System Service

  • Chlorinate/sanitize & flush all freshwater lines throughout coach (two-part cleaner that kills bacteria & eliminates odors)
  • Clean water pump screen & filters
  • Perform hot & cold water leak test throughout the system where visible
  • Replace fresh water filters, per request (Additional)

Slide Out Wiper Seal Service

  • Inspect slide out seals for wear, tear or damage
  • Apply UV treatment conditioner to exterior slide out seals to extend the seal life, which will reduce wear, tear & repel rain
  • Inspect slide out seams, sealants, rollers & hardware
  • Inspect electrical wiring
  • Lube slide rams, cables & motor ( where accessible)

Wheel Bearing Pack

Service includes the following:

  • Inspect brake shoes, bearings, magnets & all hardware
  • Inspect, clean & repack wheel bearings
  • Adjust brake lining as needed
  • Verify the operations of electric brake magnets
  • Grease seals ( prices may vary by axle size
  • Test operations of the break-a-way switch & brake lights

Battery Service – Cost per Battery

  • Clean battery terminals, connections & seal
  • Adjust water levels& load test batteries
  • Inspect battery trays, hold downs, boxes & straps for signs of damage or wear
  • Check for proper venting & check ducting for those coaches with vented boxes
  • Test converter for proper voltage

Electrical & Charging System Check Up

  • Basic diagnosis includes 1 hour to complete
  • Check all interior/exterior lights, monitor panel, shore cord and all connections
  • Test 120 volt system GFI outlets, converter, and inverter & generator operation outlet.
  • Inspect circuit breakers, fuse box, 12-volt outlets & battery connections

Note: Diagnoses may require additional labor time

Generator Service

  • Check & clean battery connections
  • Visual inspection of exhaust systems
  • Auto change over
  • Run test: Hertz/volts
  • Clean spark arrester
  • Verify CO detector operations and working properly
  • Check air & fuel filter (replace if necessary)
  • Change oil & filter, perform a load test

Slide Out & Awning Topper Roof Service

  • Remove vinyl slide out awning topper, inspect damage
  • Clean slide out roof surface & vinyl awning topper
  • Remove slide out sealant at flange joints, seams & reseal with lap sealant/bond top coat tape
  • Re-install & lube slide out awning topper & lube hardware where applicable

Winterization Service

Basic

  • Drain fresh water tank & water heater
  • Blowout water lines through water pump, including toilet, shower & sinks with RV Anti-freeze
  • Fill P-trap with RV Anti-freeze

Complete

  • Includes Basic Winterization plus:
  • Pump anti-freeze through water lines w/ water heater bypass on already installed
  • Includes up to 2 gallons of RV anti-freeze

Deluxe

  • Includes Complete Winterization plus:
  • Winterize ice maker and/or water filter
